For this project, I had to create branding materials, including album cover, record label, and tour poster, for my own fictional band. The name “Braindead Corporate Idiots”, as well as the track list for their album “Budget Cuts”, came from a variety of phrases me and my friends stumbled across over the years, that we joked “would probably be a good band name”. The visual style was partly inspired by several Green Day album covers, using a silhouetted, paper cutout style and striking, punk typefaces.
